Your Private Founders Experience begins in The Dramery with a welcome drink and time to settle in before going deeper into the story behind Auld Farm Distillery.

Discover the history of the Auld family and farm, how the land has evolved over generations, and why Rob and Toni chose to add value to the grain grown here by building a distillery on the family farm. It is a story shaped by a desire to give the farm the opportunity to remain in the family for another 100 years, while giving the next generation the freedom to farm or follow their own path.

From there, follow the journey from grain to glass. Explore the grains we grow and how they are milled, step inside the distillery to see how they become spirit, then discover how maturation, casks and bottling complete the journey.

Your experience finishes back in The Dramery with an extended guided tasting and plenty of time for questions and conversation.

Reserved exclusively for you and those you're travelling with, the private format gives us more time and flexibility to follow the parts of the Auld story that interest you most.

To remember your visit, your experience also includes a bottle of Auld whisky from our current range to take home.

Rob and Toni are very much part of daily life on the farm and distillery and may join you along the way when they are around. Founder participation is not guaranteed with this experience.

Every visit gives a little back to the farm. For every guest who joins us, $5 goes towards the protection and enhancement of The Boohai, our spring-fed wetland here on the Auld family farm, helping with fencing, native planting and its ongoing care for future generations.
